Key Responsibilities
Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and qualified Online English Teacher to provide engaging and effective English lessons using Yingfu content for students aged 6–18. You will follow Yingfu’s learner management systems to ensure high teaching quality and learner satisfaction.
Working Schedule
Provide preferably at least 5–6 peak-time teaching hours per week.
Peak time (China time):
• 6–9 PM on weekdays
• 9 AM–12 PM on weekends
Progress Assessment
Provide detailed feedback on student performance, tracking growth and maintaining clear communication with parents and academic staff.
Teaching Methodology
Consistently implement provided teaching methodologies while adapting style to meet individual student needs and learning paces.
Requirements & Qualifications
Native-Level Fluency
• Carry out scheduled classes as assigned by Yingfu.
• Maintain a positive, patient, and encouraging classroom atmosphere.
• Provide students with detailed lesson feedback and learning suggestions.
• Be familiar with and implement Course Management Procedures.
• Be familiar with the administrative procedures required by the center.
General Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Previous experience teaching English (online experience is a plus).
• Highly motivated, confident, and outgoing.
• A team player who is friendly, approachable, and supportive.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods for different age groups.
• Reliable internet connection, computer, and necessary teaching tools (headset, webcam).
Preferred Qualifications
• Master’s in TEFL/TESOL or related subjects.
• Experience with online teaching platforms (e.g., Talkcloud, Classin).
• Experience teaching at Yingfu Kids & Teens (students aged 6–18).

Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet professional workspace, and a computer equipped with a high-definition webcam and headset.
